We can determine the extent of your injury and provide an accurate diagnosis before progressing to treatment. Our Physiotherapists can order scans where required and provide education for the best understanding on how to take care of your injury.
Accurate Diagnosis
Our Physiotherapists all have postgraduate qualifications in hands-on manual Physiotherapy.
This includes: mobilisations, manipulations, massage, and myofascial release.
Manual Therapy
With a fully-equipped rehabilitation gym on site, we can provide access to the latest in rehabilitation equipment for work or sport-related injuries. We can develop strengthening, balance, and flexibility programmes to help you achieve your goals.
Gym-based Rehabilitation
The reformer is a specialised Pilates apparatus that uses springs and body weight to add resistance to movement in order to target key muscle groups. The sliding carriage enables muscles and joints to be taken through their entire range, combining flexibility with strength.
Reformer Pilates
In addition to traditional Physiotherapy, our Physiotherapists have completed postgraduate training in Western Acupuncture & dry needling. This form of therapy is highly efficient at reducing pain, increasing muscle function, and promoting healing.
